Basic Training Program
The Basic Training Protocol is set up as a starting point for training and to help me get into shape. The focus of the training component is going to be a Walk-to-Jog program that takes you from walking mostly to jogging completely over an extended period of time. A basic stretching and calisthenics training protocol also help you build-up training.
The Karate components of home and Dojo training will
push basic level training for the next few months with the idea of improving
and building up your skill levels again. This is a home focused training
program to help you work on your basic level waza and skills.
The Diet is the Base diet and its focused on OMAD
eating and eating only foods that meet your Prime food only eating. This is
meant to help you drop weight as well as eating only healthy.
The Base and Basic Training are going to run from
June to August to help you train and prepare over the summer by helping drop
weight and get in good shape for the coming fall and winter training which will
push you to be in even better shape and drop even more weight stabilizing at a
healthy weight and conditioning level before moving to a yearly training
program.
